Whether you need to meet for half a day or longer, or require catering, then Quest Napier provides you with quality, choice, flexibility and convenience. Our central inner city location also means that the Boardroom is an ideal venue to conduct interviews, or meet and greets or a meeting away from your work environment.
For groups of between 8-12 people (booked in a minimum of 8 Apartments in double or single occupancy) we can organise a full cooked breakfast or a catered dinner for your group, served in our "Reading Room".
NEW! Buffet style cooked breakfast for medium or larger groups now available at our preferred supplier restaurant located directly across the road. If you are visiting Napier for a conference or work meeting, start your day with a hearty meal or gather for a "working breakfast". Prior reservations essential, contact us for dining options.
Napier and the surrounding Hawke's Bay region offers conference or incentive groups endless options for outings or partner programmes. Follow a Food and Wine Trail, go biking in the vineyards, visit the Gannet Colony or perhaps go hiking or fishing. A variety of suggestions can easily be forwarded to you.
Quest Napier's central location in the heart of Napier means that the War Memorial Conference Centre or the Municpal Theatre are within walking distance. For sporting groups, Park Island Sports Fields and McLean Park are both a short drive away.
